Welcome to OneDollarLogoMaker.com (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

1. About Our Platform

OneDollarLogoMaker.com is an online platform that allows users to:

• Browse pre-designed logos
• Customize logo templates
• Download files in various formats
• Purchase commercial or exclusive licenses
• Use our editor and AI tools to generate designs

We sell digital assets only.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement

3. Accounts

Users may create an account to access saved designs, purchases, or subscriptions.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Not create multiple accounts to abuse downloads or pricing

4. Pricing & Payment

Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record.

We offer three pricing options:

4.1 Basic Logo – $1.99

• One logo download
• Formats: SVG, PDF, JPG
• Unlimited edits
• Non-exclusive commercial license
• Non-exclusive logo (available to others)

4.2 Unlimited Monthly – $5 per month

• Unlimited downloads
• All formats
• Unlimited edits
• Non-exclusive license
• Non-exclusive logo (available to others)

4.3 Exclusive Logo – $20

• Exclusive ownership of this logo
• Removed from the marketplace after purchase
• Buyer may file for a trademark
• Past non-exclusive buyers retain their previous rights

5. Licensing Terms

5.1 Non-Exclusive License ($1.99 & $5 Plans)

Allows:

• Worldwide commercial use
• Modifications
• Use on printed and digital products

Does NOT allow:

• Claiming exclusive rights
• Trademark filing
• Reselling or redistributing the logo
• Removing the logo from the marketplace

5.2 Exclusive License ($20)

Grants:

• Full worldwide exclusive ownership
• Trademark rights
• Removed from the marketplace after purchase

Past buyers retain prior non-exclusive rights.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are granted ONLY if:

• No logo has been downloaded
• A technical issue prevents access
• The request is made within 14 days

Once a logo is downloaded, no refund is possible. Exclusive logo purchases are final and non-refundable. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

7. User Restrictions

Users may NOT:

• Use bots or scripts to mass-download logos
• Scrape or copy large amounts of content
• Redistribute or resell logos
• Upload or use logos for illegal, hateful, or harmful activities
• Reverse-engineer our systems
• Interfere with platform performance

Violation may result in account removal or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, templates, designs, text, images, and platform code remain the property of OneDollarLogoMaker unless purchased by the user under the licensed terms.

Basic and Unlimited purchases → Non-exclusive license

Exclusive purchases → Transfer of exclusive ownership

The website design, branding, editor, UI, and backend code remain our property at all times.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free functionality
• Permanent availability of any file

We may change or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for loss of business, revenue, or profits
• We do not guarantee trademark acceptance
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate Terms
• Engage in fraud
• Abuse downloads
• Attempt to breach security

Users retain rights to logos purchased before termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international digital commerce laws. Disputes may be handled under the jurisdiction of our payment provider’s operational region (UK/EU/US).
